Uruz is the aurochs, the wild ox that Europe hunted to extinction, and the Old English poem is careful about it: fierce, horned above, a fell moor-stepper, it fights with its horns. This is strength that was never domesticated and cannot be negotiated with. Something in your week has that quality. It may be your own energy coming back after a flat stretch, or it may be a situation that is simply going to go the way it is going. The posture is the same either way. Do not try to tame it and do not stand in front of it. Work out the direction it is already moving and put your weight behind that.
