MR (मराठी)Uruz is the aurochs, the wild ox that Europe hunted to extinction, and the Old English poem is careful about it: fierce, horned above, a fell moor-stepper, it fights with its horns. This is strength that was never domesticated and cannot be negotiated with. Something in your week has that quality. It may be your own energy coming back after a flat stretch, or it may be a situation that is simply going to go the way it is going. The posture is the same either way. Do not try to tame it and do not stand in front of it. Work out the direction it is already moving and put your weight behind that.

The Younger Futhark kept the shape and changed the word. Úr here is slag, the dross left once the metal has been taken out, and the Icelandic poem glosses it as the cold rain that spoils the hay. There is a residue in this week: a run of effort that did not yield what it should have. The rune is unsentimental about it. What is left over is not raw material, and treating it as though it were will cost you a second week on top of the first. Take out anything still usable and then be finished with it.
The Anglo-Saxon Ur kept the aurochs where the Norse letter did not, and the poem's animal fights with its horns rather than with its size. The week rewards the same thing: not the largest resource you have but the sharpest one, applied directly. Whatever you have been trying to win by weight of effort, try instead by finding the single point where your actual skill touches the problem. The rune is on the side of a fierce creature that knows exactly what it is for.
Ogham's Úr is not the ox at all. It is úir, the soil, the ground that takes the dead and grows the next thing, and the kennings call it the shroud of a lifeless body. This week's work happens underground and will not show. Something is being covered over and something is germinating in the same motion, which is one process and not two. Do not dig it up to check on it. The visible part belongs to a later month, and the burying is what makes that part possible.

You handle force by talking around it and this force is not listening. Say less and stand somewhere it is not going to pass through. The talking works again next week.

Something is coming through on its own terms and you will read it as aimed at you. It is not aimed at all. Protect what matters and let the rest of it go past.
सिंह
Your strength is usually performed and this rune's is not. The aurochs has no audience and fights with what it has. Spend the week on the version of your power that works unwitnessed.
कन्या
You improve things by refining them and this cannot be refined. Uruz is raw and stays raw. Decide where to point it and accept that it will arrive rough.
तूळ
Negotiation is your instrument and there is nothing here to negotiate with. That is unfamiliar rather than dangerous. Choose your position, hold it, and let the week be blunt.
वृश्चिक
You meet force with patience, which usually wins. This will not wear down. Use its direction rather than resisting it and you get further than any campaign would take you.
धनु
Raw energy is your favourite weather, and the rune's warning is the part you skip. It cannot be bargained with, including out of enthusiasm. Point it, then let go of it.
मकर
You build with materials that behave. This week's material does not. Work with the grain of it rather than to your specification and the structure still stands.
कुंभ
You would prefer this to be a system and it is an animal. Uruz does not respond to a better argument. Deal with the force as force and keep the analysis for afterwards.
मीन
Something here is stronger than you and you will try to absorb it. Do not. Stand aside, keep your own outline, and let the week's power belong to whatever it belongs to.

Raw force is not your medium and reading it is. Spend the week working out what it actually wants rather than how to deflect it. The answer will be useful for months.

The surge is real and it is not yours. Run alongside rather than in front. What arrives on its own terms carries you further than anything you could have started.

You will look for shelter, and shelter is the right instinct. Take it without deciding it makes you weak. Even the poem's aurochs is described by people who kept their distance.
माकड
Cleverness does not work on this. There is no angle, no lever and no third option, which is the genuinely difficult part for you. Endure the week rather than solving it.
कोंबडा
You will want to correct the manner in which this is happening. It has no manner. Save the standards for what comes afterwards, which is where they will actually improve something.
कुत्रा
You will put yourself between the force and whoever you protect. Check first that they need it. Some of this week's weather is theirs to stand in and will do them good.
डुक्कर
Comfort is not on offer and pretending otherwise costs you the preparation time. Eat well, sleep properly, and let the rough part be rough. It passes on its own schedule.
