Three of Cranes

The Tarot of New York City

An alliance may be what moves your plans to the next level. The Three of Cranes favours the right partnership today. Talk terms openly, and choose someone whose trucks are heading the same way as yours.

Tarot: Today

A man in a suit stands with his back to us on the roof of his own construction site. Three cranes frame the view, a half-built tower shows its open floors, and brightly coloured delivery trucks turn in from both sides for the second project. The Three of Cranes is the moment after the first effort, when results start arriving. Today is better for surveying than for hammering. Look at what is already working, then sketch the next stage on paper. A call to a possible partner may be worth making. The trucks are coming; where you send them is still your decision.

Ten of Wands

Tomorrow

Thursday, October 29

Ten of Wands

Balance has slipped, and the load is on your side of the scale. Reversed, the Ten of Wands asks you to redistribute it today. Talk about who does what, fairly, and before resentment builds.

 Nine of Brushes

This week

Week of Monday, October 26

Nine of Brushes

Unresolved questions weigh on you more than hard answers do. The Nine of Brushes asks you to seek the answer this week. One honest conversation may end several nights of worry.

 Judgement

Next week

Week of Monday, November 2

Judgement

Fairness to others comes easily; fairness to yourself is harder. Judgement asks you to weigh your own past kindly this week. Settle an old disagreement and let both sides rise from it.

 Three of Swords

This month

October 2026

Three of Swords

You have been fair to everyone including the person who hurt you, and reversed, this card asks you to be fair to yourself as well. Forgiveness is available this month and it is not the same as deciding it was acceptable.

 Six of Wands

This year

2026

Six of Wands

Recognition invites comparison and you will immediately measure your year against somebody else's. That is the one thing that spoils this card. It was earned, it is yours, and it does not need to be ranked against anybody to count.

Choose an oracle

Each one is read a different way. The tarot draws, the Chinese zodiac calculates.

Runes

Fehu

Fehu is wealth in motion. Something needs spending or lending rather than balancing. Move it rather than weighing it further.

I Ching

Difficulty at the Beginning

You will wait for it to become easier before committing. It will not. Commit and get support, which is a different move from setting out.

Numerology

Number 3

Conversation is where your judgement is best. Use the day for the ideas that need two people to become anything, and resist smoothing the disagreement out of them.

Western zodiac

The flowing angle. Harmony without effort, which is what you have been arranging by hand for weeks. Ease is not the same as significance; aim it.
