Notice it while it is happening, which is the whole difficulty, since contentment leaves no mark and is only recognised afterwards. Do the ordinary things and let them be sufficient. Say so to somebody, since joy unremarked has a habit of being remembered as nothing in particular.
Sól is the sun: the thing that ends the freeze whether or not you were ready for it to end. Something thaws today. That is mostly welcome and it will also release whatever the cold had been holding still. Expect movement in a situation that had seemed settled, and remember that the settling was the frost rather than a resolution.
Wynn is joy, and the poem defines it by subtraction: he has it who knows little of sorrow, and has prosperity and enough within the walls. Today is defined by what is absent rather than what has arrived. Nothing is going wrong, the walls hold, there is enough. That is the entire condition and it is worth noticing at the time rather than in retrospect.
Muin carries three senses at once: the upper back where the load sits, a ruse, and love or esteem. Today the weight you are carrying, the manoeuvre you are considering and the person you value are more connected than they look. The rune does not say which is which. It says look at all three before deciding any of them.
