Elder Futhark
Uruz is the aurochs, the wild ox, fierce and horned and a fell moor-stepper in the Old English poem, and it fights with its horns. On a single day the rune is not the week's surge but a burst of it: raw strength arriving on its own terms, in you or across the table from you. Do not try to harness it before lunch. Find the direction it is already going, put your weight behind that, and be out of its path if the direction is not yours. Wild strength is a resource for the hour it lasts and a hazard for anyone who thinks it can be reasoned with.
