Elder Futhark — Runes: Saturday, October 17

Othala is inherited land: what was received rather than earned, and cannot simply be sold. Something you did not build is in your keeping today. A family matter, a reputation, a skill somebody taught you. Tend it rather than spending it. Inheritance carries obligations that arrive quietly and are noticed only when neglected. Ask who it came from and whether they would recognise how you are keeping it.
