Number 1
The first move is the one you would rather somebody else made. A 1 will not wait for the ground to feel solid, so begin at the smallest possible scale: one call, one page, one box moved.
Numerology: This week
A 1 week is the Pioneer, the number every other digit is built from by adding ones together. For seven days the advantage goes to whoever acts while the room is still discussing. Use it on the part of a project that does not exist yet: the first draft, or the decision somebody has to make before the rest can follow. One is an unusually good starter and a poor maintainer, so expect momentum early and a dip once the work turns into upkeep. The shadow is the familiar one. Pressed, 1 stops leading and starts dominating, and begins to read disagreement as disloyalty. If somebody pushes back this week, hear the objection out before you overrule it. Self-reliance is the method here, and accepting help offered without conditions does not undo it.
