Aries
Semisextile
One sign along, close enough to nudge and too close to see clearly. Something adjacent to your plan wants adjusting rather than overhauling.
- Love
- A small adjustment to how you said it, not to what you meant.
- Money & career
- One figure needs correcting. Do it today while it is still small.
- Health & energy
- Change one habit rather than launching a whole new regime.
Taurus
Conjunction
The driver sits in your own sign. Your instincts run at full strength, including the reluctance to move, so notice which of the two you are obeying.
- Love
- Your instincts run at full strength, including the reluctance. Notice which one you are obeying.
- Money & career
- Act on your own account today rather than deferring to the arrangement.
- Health & energy
- Everything is amplified, comfort included. Watch the second helping. Decide the stopping point in advance.
Gemini
Semisextile
One sign along. A minor adjustment, easily missed because it is not interesting. Make it anyway. Small corrections are cheap now and expensive later.
- Love
- A small correction to the phrasing, not to the position.
- Money & career
- One number needs fixing. It is not interesting and do it anyway.
- Health & energy
- Adjust one habit rather than redesigning the week. One change, held for a week.
Cancer
Sextile
An easy angle. Support is available and you will not ask for it. Ask. An open door still has to be walked through.
- Love
- Support is available and you will not ask. Ask. Open doors still need walking through.
- Money & career
- An easy opening, offered by somebody who likes you. It will not wait to be evaluated.
- Health & energy
- Rest comes easily today if you allow it. Allow it.
Leo
Square
The hard angle. Something requires you to give ground publicly. Doing it early costs far less than doing it late.
- Love
- Something requires giving ground publicly. Early costs less than late.
- Money & career
- An obstacle to the plan and pride is the expensive part.
- Health & energy
- Tension needs burning off rather than carried into the evening.
Virgo
Trine
The flowing angle. Precision and progress agree for once, so spend the day on work that must be exactly right.
- Love
- Precision and warmth agree for once. Say the useful kind thing.
- Money & career
- Conditions favour careful work. Do the thing that must be exact.
- Health & energy
- Energy and discipline align. A good day for the regime.
Libra
Quincunx
An awkward angle. Something is uneven and cannot be levelled. Leave it uneven. Adjustment without resolution is the whole shape of it.
- Love
- Something is uneven and cannot be levelled. Leave it uneven.
- Money & career
- A figure that will not balance. Accept the asymmetry. Leave it open rather than forcing it.
- Health & energy
- Something is off and no adjustment settles it. Rest. Rest is the answer, not effort.
Scorpio
Opposition
Across the wheel. Somebody meets your intensity with their own. Neither of you will yield, so name that early.
- Love
- Somebody meets your intensity with their own. Neither yields; say so early.
- Money & career
- A negotiation where leverage is matched. Name your number plainly.
- Health & energy
- Effort and recovery are opposed. Take the recovery. Choose rather than splitting the difference.
Sagittarius
Quincunx
An awkward angle. Something does not fit the picture and shrinking the picture is not the answer. Adjustment without resolution is the whole shape of it.
- Love
- Something does not fit the picture and shrinking it is not the answer.
- Money & career
- A figure that will not reconcile. Leave it open. Leave it open rather than forcing it.
- Health & energy
- Something is off and no amount of movement fixes it. Rest.
Capricorn
Trine
The flowing angle. Long work and current conditions agree, so push the thing that needed both. Ease is not the same as significance; aim it.
- Love
- Long work and current conditions agree. Push the thing needing both.
- Money & career
- Conditions favour the long build. Put something in today. Ease is not significance; aim it.
- Health & energy
- Energy is steady and durable. A good day for the regime.
Aquarius
Square
The hard angle. The principle meets a person and the person is in the room. Deal with them first.
- Love
- The principle meets a person in the room. Deal with them first.
- Money & career
- An obstacle where the systemic argument does not help. Be practical.
- Health & energy
- Tension from too much input. Get outside and stop reading.
Pisces
Sextile
An easy angle. Kindness is returned today with no effort on your part. Accept it without repaying it immediately.
- Love
- Kindness is returned with no effort. Accept it without repaying immediately.
- Money & career
- An easy opportunity. Say yes before you have talked yourself out.
- Health & energy
- Rest comes easily today. Take it without justifying it. Take it while it is easy.
For your Chinese animal
The same reading, taken through each animal of the Chinese zodiac.
Rat
A 22 asks the idea to be given foundations, dates and a first component. You are good at the opening and less interested in the concrete. Build something that still exists on Friday.
Ox
Vision with patience underneath it, which is your combination exactly. Take the largest thing you are willing to attempt and lay one real course of it today, properly. You are better suited to the middle years of a build than almost anyone, so start one worth them.
Tiger
Build rather than declare. A 22 counts what exists rather than what was announced, and the announcement is the part you find easy. You started it. Staying is the harder and more valuable half.
Rabbit
Do not shrink the plan to fit what you can be certain of. A 22 rewards the large version at ninety percent over the small one done flawlessly. Small and reversible is your instinct; a 22 asks for one thing that is neither.
Dragon
The vision is the easy half and you have already done it. Spend today on the foundation nobody will ever compliment you for, because that is the part this number counts. Foundations are invisible by design and are the only part that decides whether it stands.
Snake
Decide the shape and stop weighing the alternatives. Nothing gets built while every option is being kept open, and you can keep options open indefinitely. Intensity spent on something lasting is the version of it nobody regrets.
Horse
Commit to the boring middle stretch in advance. Your enthusiasm will not carry this past the first month, and a 22 is entirely a test of the months after that. The first month is enthusiasm and the rest is the actual work.
Goat
Build something that will outlast your interest in it. That is the best available use for how much you feel about it while you feel it. Something with your name on it that outlasts the mood you made it in.
Monkey
Cleverness got you the design and only patience gets you the building. A 22 is unimpressed by the elegant solution that was never poured. The elegant design that never got poured is worth nothing at all.
Rooster
Your number, near enough. Structure with vision behind it. The only caution is pacing, because master numbers are expensive to run and you will not notice the cost until later. Accuracy matters most in the part nobody inspects, which is where you are best.
Dog
Build the thing rather than guarding it. A 22 asks what the structure is for, and the honest answer usually involves people who are not you. Build it for the people who will use it rather than for the people watching.
Pig
Give what you imagine measurements. What you can picture is genuinely worth building, and pictures alone have never held any weight at all. Measurements are unromantic and they are what keeps the thing standing.
