Opposition
Directly across the wheel: somebody else's agenda meets yours head-on. Meeting it is the aspect; winning it is not.
- Love
- Somebody wants the opposite and means it. Hear them out before answering.
- Money & career
- A negotiation rather than a decision. State your number and stop.
- Health & energy
- Push and rest are pulling opposite ways. Choose, do not oscillate.
Taurus
Quincunx
An awkward angle. Something does not sit right and cannot be resolved by waiting it out, which is your usual method.
- Love
- Something is uneven and cannot be levelled today. Leave it uneven.
- Money & career
- A figure that will not reconcile. Waiting will not resolve it either.
- Health & energy
- Something is off and rest is the only useful response.
Gemini
Trine
The flowing angle. Ideas connect and people answer. Land one of them before the day disperses everything. Ease is not the same as significance; aim it.
- Love
- Ideas and warmth connect. Land one conversation rather than opening six.
- Money & career
- Conditions favour the pitch. Make it today while it is easy.
- Health & energy
- Energy is available and scattered. Aim it at one thing.
Cancer
Square
The hard angle. Something outside presses on something private, and defending harder makes the pressure worse. Friction is information rather than a verdict.
- Love
- Something outside presses on something private. Defending harder makes it worse.
- Money & career
- An obstacle to the household plan. Revise the timing. Change the route, keep the goal.
- Health & energy
- Tension has settled in the body. Move gently rather than pushing.
Leo
Sextile
An easy angle. Warmth is returned without your working for it. Enjoy it and do not perform for it.
- Love
- Warmth is returned without your working for it. Do not perform for it.
- Money & career
- An opportunity arrives easily. It still needs you to take it.
- Health & energy
- Movement is easy and enjoyable today. Use it. Take it while it is easy.
Virgo
Semisextile
One sign along. A small correction, genuinely worth making, which is the kind you often skip as trivial. Small corrections are cheap now and expensive later.
- Love
- A small correction genuinely worth making, which you often skip as trivial.
- Money & career
- One figure needs fixing. It is dull and it matters.
- Health & energy
- Adjust one habit rather than optimising the whole system. One change, held for a week.
Libra
Conjunction
The driver stands in your own sign. Every consideration weighs equally today, which is precisely why nothing decides itself. Choose one.
- Love
- Everything weighs equally, which is why nothing decides itself. Choose one.
- Money & career
- Decide for yourself today rather than for the balance of the room.
- Health & energy
- Everything is amplified, including indecision. Pick and move. Decide the stopping point in advance.
Scorpio
Semisextile
One sign along. A small shift under the surface. You will notice it before it becomes visible to anyone else.
- Love
- A small shift under the surface, noticed by you before anybody else.
- Money & career
- One figure needs correcting quietly rather than a whole renegotiation.
- Health & energy
- Adjust one habit rather than overhauling in secret. One change, held for a week.
Sagittarius
Sextile
An easy angle. A door opens somewhere you were not aiming. Go through it. An open door still has to be walked through.
- Love
- A door opens somewhere you were not aiming. Go through it.
- Money & career
- An easy opportunity, arriving sideways. Take it today. It will not wait to be evaluated.
- Health & energy
- Movement comes very easily. Go somewhere rather than planning to.
Capricorn
Square
The hard angle. The plan meets something that will not move for it. Revise the schedule rather than the ambition.
- Love
- The plan meets something immovable. Revise the schedule, not the ambition.
- Money & career
- An obstacle that will not yield to more work. Change the route.
- Health & energy
- Tension from sustained effort. Stop before you are depleted. Discharge it rather than carrying it home.
Aquarius
Trine
The flowing angle. The system and the situation agree, so build the thing you have been describing. Ease is not the same as significance; aim it.
- Love
- The system and the situation agree. Say the thing you have been describing.
- Money & career
- Conditions favour the unconventional move. Make it today. Ease is not significance; aim it.
- Health & energy
- Energy is available and abstract. Ground it physically. Spend it on the thing that needed both.
Pisces
Quincunx
An awkward angle. Something is unclear and will stay unclear. Decide provisionally rather than waiting for certainty. Adjustment without resolution is the whole shape of it.
- Love
- Something is unclear and will stay unclear. Decide provisionally. Adjustment without resolution is the shape of it.
- Money & career
- A figure that will not reconcile. Note it and stop worrying it.
- Health & energy
- Something is off and rest is the whole answer. Rest is the answer, not effort.
For your Chinese animal
The same reading, taken through each animal of the Chinese zodiac.
Rat
A 22 asks the idea to be given foundations, dates and a first component. You are good at the opening and less interested in the concrete. Build something that still exists on Friday.
Ox
Vision with patience underneath it, which is your combination exactly. Take the largest thing you are willing to attempt and lay one real course of it today, properly. You are better suited to the middle years of a build than almost anyone, so start one worth them.
Tiger
Build rather than declare. A 22 counts what exists rather than what was announced, and the announcement is the part you find easy. You started it. Staying is the harder and more valuable half.
Rabbit
Do not shrink the plan to fit what you can be certain of. A 22 rewards the large version at ninety percent over the small one done flawlessly. Small and reversible is your instinct; a 22 asks for one thing that is neither.
Dragon
The vision is the easy half and you have already done it. Spend today on the foundation nobody will ever compliment you for, because that is the part this number counts. Foundations are invisible by design and are the only part that decides whether it stands.
Snake
Decide the shape and stop weighing the alternatives. Nothing gets built while every option is being kept open, and you can keep options open indefinitely. Intensity spent on something lasting is the version of it nobody regrets.
Horse
Commit to the boring middle stretch in advance. Your enthusiasm will not carry this past the first month, and a 22 is entirely a test of the months after that. The first month is enthusiasm and the rest is the actual work.
Goat
Build something that will outlast your interest in it. That is the best available use for how much you feel about it while you feel it. Something with your name on it that outlasts the mood you made it in.
Monkey
Cleverness got you the design and only patience gets you the building. A 22 is unimpressed by the elegant solution that was never poured. The elegant design that never got poured is worth nothing at all.
Rooster
Your number, near enough. Structure with vision behind it. The only caution is pacing, because master numbers are expensive to run and you will not notice the cost until later. Accuracy matters most in the part nobody inspects, which is where you are best.
Dog
Build the thing rather than guarding it. A 22 asks what the structure is for, and the honest answer usually involves people who are not you. Build it for the people who will use it rather than for the people watching.
Pig
Give what you imagine measurements. What you can picture is genuinely worth building, and pictures alone have never held any weight at all. Measurements are unromantic and they are what keeps the thing standing.
